We advised CEE Insurance Holdings S.A., owners of the Punkta Group, in relation to financing to Punkta by ACP Credit for further development and expansion of Punkta’s operations, including via corporate acquisitions.
Our team consisted of Konrad Werner (counsel) and Paulina Adamczyk (associate), as well as Łukasz Szegda as the partner supervising the team.
Punkta is a group of companies providing insurance intermediation services. ACP Credit is Central Europe’s leading provider of financing solutions for middle-market businesses.
The transaction is a good example of the development in Poland of private debt as a method of raising financing, alternative to traditional bank lending.
