Wardyński & Partners is working for Waryński Group

Wardyński & Partners has been advising the Waryński Group in the course of a development investment concerning a office and housing estate “Stacja Kazimierz” at the junction of Jana Kazimierza and Ordona streets in Warsaw.
The investment has been performed by Waryński Group in cooperation with its branch partners – Polnord and Dantex.
The first phase of the housing investment is being performed in cooperation with the architectural studio 4am Architekci.
The Firm assisted Waryński Group with preparation of the investment, in particular with setting up the cooperation framework with both partners – Polnord and Dantex, as well as with determination of a tax efficient investment model.
The approximate project value totals at PLN 600-700 million.
