Wardyński & Partners assisted Kulczyk Silverstein Properties

The firm assisted Kulczyk Silverstein Properties sp. z o.o. in the course of a legal due diligence and with the acquisition from CBRE Global Investors of a real property in Warsaw at Pl. Trzech Krzyży 10/14 (the so-called Holland Park).

The office space of the building is 10,416 square meters. The building also has 1,418 square meters of usable floor space and a total of 108 parking places at the underground parking lot.

The building is already available to tenants. The main tenant is ING Bank which, together with its branches, occupies approximately 81% of the building space. The other tenants are particularly Bausch & Lomb, IFIS Finance and W. Kruk.

Kulczyk Silverstein Properties intends to expand, renew and modernize the building.

The acquisition was effected in the form of an asset deal by a special purpose company (SPV) and was financed with own funds and through a credit facility.
