Triton and FairWind

Wardyński & Partners has assisted Triton in connection with acquisition of FairWind A/S, a global leader within wind turbine installation and service.
Triton will acquire a majority stake of FairWind A/S. Part of the shares will be acquired by the company’s current management and key employees. The terms of the transaction are not disclosed.
FairWind A/S operates in over 40 markets with major offices in Denmark, Poland, the United States, Spain and Ukraine as well as recently establishing operations in Taiwan and Australia. FairWind Group has more than 1,300 employees.
In cooperation with Plesner who acted as a lead counsel, Wardyński & Partners assisted in Polish aspects of the transaction. The team was led by Izabela Zielińska-Barłożek and Bartosz Kuraś.
The transaction is still pending antitrust law approvals and other standard closing conditions.
