Wardyński & Partners has advised Syndigo in its acquisition of WiseBase, a platform for exchange of information about products.
Syndigo facilitates cooperation between manufacturers, distributors and retailers by providing digital solutions for exchange of product and nutritional information. Syndigo is owned by the US-based Jordan Company, which manages funds worth over USD 11 billion.
WiseBase is a tool for sharing comprehensive data about products between retailers and suppliers in Germany, Poland, and Romania. It contains exhaustive and structured descriptions of over 300,000 products.
The acquisition reinforces Syndigo’s presence in Europe, providing clients better access to a network of retail partners as well as precise and verified information about products accessible on a single integrated platform.
Our work involved performing due diligence of the target, drafting and commenting on transaction documents, including regulatory issues, addressing issues identified during due diligence, assistance during the negotiation process, organising closing activities, and providing post-closing assistance.
