Swarco and Dynniq

Wardyński & Partners advised Swarco AG in its acquisition of shares in Dynniq Group, a provider of smart mobility solutions.
The transaction encompassed acquisition by Swarco of all the shares in Dynniq Mobility Holding B.V., based in Amersfoort, the Netherlands, from Dynniq Group B.V., a company owned by private equity fund Egeria.
We advised on transactional aspects involving the Polish company (including due diligence of Dynniq Poland sp. z o.o.), in cooperation with Dutch law firm BarentsKrans and German law firm Oppenhoff. The team was led by Izabela Zielińska-Barłożek and Bartosz Kuraś.
Swarco is an Austrian traffic technology corporation that produces and provides a large range of products, systems, services, and turnkey solutions for road marking, urban and interurban traffic management, parking, and public transport.
Dynniq Mobility provides smart mobility solutions in traffic management, public lighting, interurban transport and connectivity.
The transaction closed on 30 September 2021.
