Wardyński & Partners has advised MVGM on the acquisition of property management business of Jones Lang LaSalle (JLL).
The transaction lead to creating a top 5 European player (no. 1 in the Netherlands and top tier in Germany) in the evolving property management market and involved a total of 10 jurisdictions: the Netherlands, Germany, Spain, Portugal, Belgium, Luxembourg, Poland, Czech Republic, Romania and Slovakia.
Wardyński & Partners teamed-up with BarentsKrans, who acted as a lead legal advisor to MVGM on this project.
