Lagercrantz Group and CWL Group

Lagercrantz Group has acquired CWL Group AB, with subsidiaries in Sweden, Norway and Poland. In conjunction with the Vinge law firm, we advised on acquisition of the Polish subsidiary CW Lundberg sp. z o.o.
CW Lundberg is a world leader in production of safety products for roofs and façades of buildings.
The lawyers at the firm involved in the transaction included Izabela Zielińska-Barłożek and Bartosz Kuraś.
The closing occurred on 8 April 2021.
