Konami and Bloober Team

Konami Digital Entertainment, a world leader in the game development industry, has entered into a strategic partnership with Bloober Team S.A., a Polish game developer based in Kraków. Wardyński & Partners advised on the transaction.
The agreement between the parties tightens their existing cooperation, aimed at facilitating the exchange of knowhow on creation of content and establishing the conditions for exploitation of the greatest strengths and skills of both Konami and Bloober Team.
Our involvement included comprehensive legal support for Konami in negotiation, drafting and conclusion of the strategic cooperation agreement with Bloober Team.
The work of the firm’s lawyers engaged in the transaction was supervised by Izabela Zielińska-Barłożek and coordinated by Maciej Szewczyk, Marcin Pietkiewicz and Katarzyna Jaroszyńska.
The closing was held on 30 June 2021.
