Wardyński & Partners has advised Kartesia on the fund's first transaction of granting financing in Poland.
The role of private lending is rapidly increasing in the global market, and Poland is no different. We are happy to report that Wardyński & Partners has advised Kartesia Management SA in connection with Polish legal aspects of the senior facilities agreement between Kartesia and Nu-Med, a Polish healthcare group controlled by Enterprise Investors. It was Kartesia’s first direct investment in Poland.
