Wardyński & Partners has advised the fund HgCapital in a transaction including investments in the Transporeon group, a leader in logistics programming.
HgCapital is a British investment fund founded in 1989 and listed on the London Stock Exchange.
In the transaction, TPG Capital, an American investment fund established in 1992, exited its shareholding in Transporeon.
Transporeon is a cloud-based logistics platform which streamlines transport logistics processes. It facilitates communications between industry, trade, and carriers, drivers and recipients of goods, cutting downtimes and waiting times and reducing empty backhauls. Transporeon offers logistics solutions for all industries, including chemicals, automotive, construction materials, lumber, and many others.
