H+H acquired Grupa Silikaty

Wardyński & Partners has advised H+H Group in a transaction involving acquisition of 99.19% of the shares in Grupa Silikaty sp. z o.o., a Polish calcium silicate subsidiary of Grupa Ożarów S.A. (a CRH Group company).
Grupa Silikaty is the second largest producer of calcium silicate units in Poland with seven production plants. The company employs approximately 300 persons.
H+H has a strong no. 2 position in Poland within aircrete and with acquisition of Grupa Silikaty it is expected to get into top 3 in the Polish wall building materials market.
