EQT and Autostore

Wardyński & Partners has advised one of the EQT funds in a transaction in which it entered into an agreement to sell the Autostore group (including Autostore sp. z o.o.), a leading provider of warehouse automation systems, to Thomas H. Lee Partners.
The closing of the transaction will occur upon fulfilment of customary conditions.
EQT is a group of Swedish investment funds founded in 1994.
Thomas H. Lee Partners is an American investment fund founded in 1974.
Autostore is the leading global provider of warehouse automation systems.
