Dynea Chemicals disposed of its Polish subsidiary

Wardyński & Partners assisted a Finnish provider of adhesion and surfacing solutions (Dynea Chemicals Oy) in the transaction encompassing a multi-subsidiary divestment to a German company (Mellifera Zehnte).
The global value of the transaction exceeded EUR 60 mln. The transaction was closed on 17 February 2014.
Finnish law firm Roschier acted as lead counsel to the vendor and Wardyński & Partners assisted with the completion of the divestment of the Polish subsidiary – Dynea sp. z o.o. to a German-based buyer – Mellifera Zehnte Beteiligungsgesellschaft mbH.

Dynea is one of the world's leading providers of industrial adhesive systems.
