Wardyński & Partners has advised Beontag in connection with its acquisition of the Scandstick Group. Scandstick is an international group in the self-adhesive industry with its head office in Höganäs, Sweden. The Scandstick Group has production facilities in Sweden, Slovenia, Poland and Belgium.
We advised Beontag on Polish aspects of the transaction, including due diligence of the Polish subsidiaries of the Scandstick Group. We cooperated with the Swedish law firm Vinge (Stockholm). The team at Wardyński & Partners was led by Izabela Zielińska-Barłożek and Sylwia Staleńczyk-Janc.
The transaction closed on 21 January 2022.
