Wardyński & Partners, along with the GÖRG law firm, has advised the Herbstreith & Fox Group in the acquisition of the Naturex pectin manufacturing business from the Givaudan SA group (Vernier, Switzerland).
The multijurisdictional transaction included the acquisition of Naturex assets in Poland, Switzerland and France. The transaction was preceded by due diligence of the Polish Naturex company. Our advice included support for the client in drafting transaction documents, conducting the closing, and post-closing activities.
The team at Wardyński & Partners was made up of Krzysztof Libiszewski, Michał Nowacki and Piotr Wcisło. The closing of the transaction was announced on 29 September 2020.
