Negotiations for lease of 100,000 m2 for Castorama

Wardyński & Partners represented Castorama in negotiations for one of Poland’s largest single leases for warehouse and logistics space.
A contract was signed on 10 April 2017 between Castorama Polska sp. z o.o. and the Panattoni group for lease of the DC2 distribution centre in Stryków, near the intersection of Poland’s A1 and A2 expressways. The total space to be delivered to the tenant in three stages over 2017–2019 is 100,000 m2.
It will be Castorama’s largest central warehouse in Poland. It is the second distribution centre built for Castorama by Panattoni. In 2013 we advised Castorama on the lease for the 50,000 m2 DC1 distribution centre, also in Stryków.
