Advice for Zrzutka.pl

Wardyński & Partners has advised the owner of the crowdfunding site zrzutka.pl in the process of obtaining a licence from the Polish Financial Supervision Authority (KNF) to provide services as a national payment institution.
Zrzutka.pl is a site allowing users to gather funds for any purpose, for example to develop innovative products or to support charitable aims. Zrzutka.pl has been in operation since 2013 and is one of the largest crowdfunding platforms in Poland.
The law firm’s advice included preparation of complete documentation needed to file a licence application with KNF (including internal procedures required by the regulations), as well as support for the client during consideration of the application by KNF.
