The controller of personal data processed in connection with recruitment (“Data”) is the firm to which you are applying, i.e. Wardyński i Wspólnicy sp.k., Al. Ujazdowskie 10, 00-478 Warsaw, or WiW Services sp. z o.o., Al. Ujazdowskie 10, 00-478 Warsaw (the “Controller”). In matters related to the Data, in particular exercise of rights you hold under data protection regulations, please contact us in writing at the Controller’s address or by email to: dane.osobowe@wardynski.com.pl

The Data will be processed for the purpose of conducting current recruitment, for the purpose of future recruitments (if consent is given), and for the purpose of establishment, exercise or defence of legal claims, when necessary and in justified instances. You have the right of access to your Data, rectification of the Data, erasure or restriction of processing, the right to object to processing, and the right to Data portability. You also have a right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warsaw). The Controller does not expect submission in the recruitment application of data referred to in Art. 9(1) of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) (special categories of data, including health data). If such personal data are submitted, and they are not necessary for establishment of legal claims, they will be deleted. If your application contains such personal data, please include in the application documents consent as follows:

I consent to processing by the firm to which I am applying, i.e. Wardyński i Wspólnicy sp.k. with its registered office in Warsaw or WiW Services sp. z o.o. with its registered office in Warsaw, of my personal data contained in the recruitment application constituting data referred to in Art. 9(1) GDPR (special categories of data, including health data) for purposes connected with the recruitment process.

You have the right to withdraw any of the foregoing consents at any time by contacting us at the email address give above. Withdrawal of consent shall not affect the lawfulness of processing conducted by the Controller based on the consent prior to withdrawal of consent.
