Wojciech Brzostowski

Employment law and data protection

Wojciech Brzostowski practises HR law and data protection law. He advises clients in processes for restructuring of employment and enterprises, group layoffs, and judicial proceedings. He has assisted some of Poland’s largest employers in developing internal policies and procedures. He conducts training, audits and inspections.

He drafts managerial contracts, B2B contracts, and non-competition and confidentiality agreements, particularly in the retail, IT and video game sectors.

He advises public and private entities (in sectors such as HR, healthcare, e-commerce and construction) on implementation of the General Data Protection Regulation and current matters involving data protection.

He completed his adwokat training in Warsaw with distinction, achieving one of the best exam results in 2021.

He joined Wardyński & Partners in 2021.
