Piotr Wcisło
AdwokatPiotr Wcisło handles mergers and acquisitions, corporate debt restructuring (including debt-for-equity swaps), company reorganisations and divisions, due diligence projects, corporate agreements and commercial contracts. He has also participated in enforcement of at-risk receivables, insolvency proceedings and corporate litigation.
He joined Wardyński & Partners in 2006.
