Trademarks, industrial designs, and combating unfair competition
Paulina Mleczak practises intellectual property law, with particular attention to protection of trademarks and industrial designs. She has experience conducting matters involving protection of business reputation and trade secrets, as well as combatting online infringements.
She provides comprehensive advice to producers of luxury goods, particularly in the fashion and beauty segment, and manufacturers of consumer goods from various sectors of the economy, including toys and furniture.
She advises clients in proceedings before the courts, the Polish Patent Office, and the European Union Intellectual Property Office.
She won an award from the Minister of Science and Higher Education for her master’s thesis “The concept and scope of protection of an unregistered Community design.”
