Patrycja Polasz, LL.M. (LSE), has great experience in project finance, real estate financing, and refinancing of debt. She has advised banks and other lenders, as well as borrowers, in numerous transactions. She also handles pre-litigation consultancy for financial institutions concerning debt restructuring for borrowers threatened with bankruptcy, as well as preparation of collateral enforcement strategies.

She is also admitted as a solicitor in England and Wales (currently not practising).

She joined Wardyński & Partners in 2008.
