Olga Połowianiuk-Sidorek advises at all stages of real estate transactions and construction projects.
She has experience in the area of private and public law governing B2B transactions, particularly in the real estate, logistics, and automotive industries.
She advises on all aspects of legal support for commercial real estate, particularly shopping centres, logistics parks, office properties, residential properties, and hotels.
She negotiates contracts for lease, tenancy and sale of real estate. She participates in legal due diligence of real estate. She represents clients in judicial and administrative proceedings involving real estate. She also handles issues of public-law regulation of the real estate development process.
She joined Wardyński & Partners in 2020.
