Łukasz Bondaruk advises on issues involving energy trading and supply, energy efficiency, energy storage, and electromobility. He advises clients from energy-intensive industries and renewables, on the side of both producers and customers.
He has experience advising businesses from the cement, steel, mining, automotive and food industries. He has represented businesses in numerous proceedings before the president of the Energy Regulatory Office, advising on disputed matters and in seeking concessions to conduct various types of activity related to electricity and gaseous fuels.
He has participated in legislative work on electromobility, closed distribution systems, and clean coal technologies.
