Katarzyna Pikora


Katarzyna Pikora practises intellectual property law, the law of unfair competition, and Internet law. She advises clients in such matters as licensing of intellectual property, drafting of IP and IT contracts, and combating infringement of trademarks, industrial designs, and copyright.

She is experienced in handling Internet domain name disputes before Polish arbitration courts, the Arbitration and Mediation Center of the World Intellectual Property Organization, and the Czech Arbitration Court. She represents clients in disputed trademark proceedings before the Polish Patent Office. She is also a professional representative before the EUIPO (European Trade Mark Attorney).

She joined Wardyński & Partners in 2013.

Faculty of Law and Administration, University of Warsaw (2006), where she also completed a two-year course in UK and EU law at the British Law Centre (affiliated with the University of Cambridge) and a one-year course in US law at the American Law Center (affiliated with the University of Florida)

Postgraduate studies in Advanced Management Training in Pharmacoeconomics, HTA, Pharma Marketing and Law, Warsaw University of Technology (2015)

She gained experience in IP law with a renowned firm of patent attorneys.
