Several years of experience in migration law
Karolina Misiewicz practises migration law, with a focus on legalisation of residence and work of foreigners in Poland. She has experience handling matters of Polish citizenship and procedures for obtaining visas to Poland.
She represents employers in inspections conducted by the Border Guard, as well as foreigners in deportation proceedings.
She has appeared before the Polish Consul in New Delhi, representing employment agencies in a joint project of companies from Poland, India, the United Arab Emirates and the UK.
She has assisted an international company from the FinTech sector in obtaining visas to the UK, Russia and the Philippines (staff travel for training and conferences).
She has advised clients from small businesses to listed companies, particularly in the IT, construction and food service industries.
She conducts training on hiring of foreigners.
She has taken part in Polish and international research projects on migration (Institute of Law Studies, Polish Academy of Sciences; Centre of Migration Research, University of Warsaw; EU Agency for Fundamental Rights; Eticas Research & Consulting).
She joined Wardyński & Partners in 2020.
