Ewa Winiarz

Ewa Winiarz handles project finance and refinancing of transactions, particularly for financing real estate acquisition and construction.
She advises Polish and foreign banks and private equity funds in financing transactions, including real estate finance and project finance. She is also experienced in advising investors and developers. She drafts legal opinions concerning practical aspects of application of financial law. She participates in projects involving debt restructuring and corporate acquisitions.
She has also worked as a lawyer seconded to the legal department of a bank client, where she handled loan agreements and advised on regulatory issues and drafted contract forms for banking products.
She provides pro bono legal assistance under a programme organised by the Warsaw Bar Association in cooperation with Wardyński & Partners.
She has worked with Wardyński & Partners since 2011.
