Bartosz Kuraś
attorney-at-law, partnerBartosz Kuraś, LL.M., handles civil and corporate law, particularly in the area of M&A and ongoing corporate advice. He has participated in a number of transactional matters, particularly involving purchase and sale of enterprises and elements of enterprises, as well as share deals.
He also handles environmental law, with a particular focus on issues concerning liability for damage to the environment and waste management.
He joined Wardyński & Partners in 2008.
