Complex commercial disputes
Agnieszka Pachla advises and represents clients in commercial disputes before the state courts. She handles primarily proceedings involving construction projects, enforcement of receivables, damages, and execution of judgments. She also has experience in complex disputes involving bank guarantees and judicial proceedings arising out of FIDIC construction contracts.
She is a lecturer at the Faculty of Law and Administration at Jagiellonian University in Kraków. Her research project concerning claims to hold a debtor’s acts ineffective against a creditor in cross-border proceedings placed first in the Preludium competition organised by the National Science Centre.
