PreZero, a company belonging to the Schwarz Group, has acquired part of the Suez Group involved in collection and segregation of waste and recovery of raw materials and energy from waste. In Poland the subject of the transaction was 100% of the shares of Suez Polska sp. z o.o., which owns several subsidiaries.
Legal Hackathon 2021

Blogger from Mosina ultimately cleared
Pro bono 20.04.2021
The Supreme Court of Poland has upheld the judgment of the Poznań Court of Appeal acquitting the “blogger from Mosina” of criminal libel. The case was reopened based on a ruling by the European Court of Human Rights. The Supreme Court judgment is legally final.
AddLife and Polymed Polska
We have advised AddLife AB in its indirect acquisition of Polymed Polska sp. z o.o., a distributor of medical devices with applications in ophthalmology, laryngology, neurosurgery, plastic surgery and dental surgery. The Polish company was acquired as part of the acquisition by AddLife AB of shares in Vision Ophthalmology Group for EUR 165 million.

Wardyński & Partners, acting as Polish counsel, together with Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer LLP (as lead counsel), advised the members of an ad hoc committee of lenders on the financial restructuring of AccorInvest Group, including Orbis S.A., in the total amount of EUR 4.5 billion.
